I've been a
natural healer since early childhood, and was often
described teasingly as an ‘Earth Mother’ by my friends as I
grew up. I'm the eldest of 5 children,
born into a large, loving extended family on both my mum and dads
side, and so I grew up with lots of people to love, care for
and think about.
I realised
my childhood ambition of becoming a midwife in my late 30’s,
only to have a series of life events lead me to a path of
holistic healing and spiritual awakening and a passion for
sharing my gifts, knowledge and insights with others. More
recently, I was strongly guided to seek further vocational
study and in June this year, successfully completed a two
year NVQ Level 2 course in Hairdressing at a local college
and in September an intensive Manicure and Nail Technicians
course held in Manchester - all while maintaining Solana,
the family and it's challenges and my volunteer commitment
as Secretary, Keyholder and qualified Community Lifesaver to
a local community project, the village community swimming
pool. Phew! The things we do! :-)
For all of
that, I am now quite well
known and respected as a relaxed and friendly healer,
teacher and
advocate, providing workshops, classes and support groups,
distance attunements, treatments, spiritual and angelic
guidance and readings, based at my home in Heckington,
Lincolnshire.
Although I work from home I
am honoured to work both personally and distantly with
people from all around the globe, regularly sending healing
and distance attunements to clients and students in Europe, the
United States, Canada and Australia as well as through out
the UK.
I love to
teach all that I have discovered in my own personal journey
and endeavour to make my courses friendly, relaxed and
supportive.
I am a registered Usui Reiki Master Teacher with the
Reiki Healers and Teachers Society - membership number
0505343. As I've developed in my teaching practice I've
discovered that regardless of which
workshops or classes, readings or healing treatments you
learn or receive, the bigger lesson is that we all
have the ability to connect to ourselves and to harness our
own inner power and true potential. Ultimately, no matter
what our initial motivation to learn was, it all comes down
to development and recognition of self.
I have also
been blessed and honoured to produce some guided meditations
and healing journeys, which have been recorded onto CDs
through Paradise Music and Aquavision Music. I have also
been mentioned in the book Angel Whispers by Jenny Smedley,
recently published through Hay House.
