The Aura and Chakras - Half Day/Evening Class £30*
In this half day/evening class you will be introduced to the Human Energy System - the Aura and the Chakras.
We will look at ways to perceive the Aura and how it affects our general health and wellbeing.
We will also learn a little about each of the seven major chakras from the Crown at the top of the head, through to the Base at the bottom of the spine, exploring the colours and properties of each and how to check for energy imbalances.
We will end our time together with a chakra balancing treatment.
