Final Draft Constitution document available for review by AGM 060110

The Final draft of the proposed new Constitution document is now available for your consideration and has been circulated to all Committee Members and interested parties, who have provided email contact details. The new Constitution will be accepted at the AGM on 06 01 2010 and therefore your consideration of this document and any comments or amendments you may wish to submit should be presented to the Chairman or Secretary before the AGM date.

Thank you to all who attended the EGM on Tuesday 17th November. Your attendance and offers of continued or new support for Heckington Community Swimming Pool are greatly appreciated. Together we hope to bring a successful season and increased fundraising in 2010. Thank you.

At the EGM the following election of Officers was noted:

As no nominations were received for the role of Fundraising Officer/Co-ordinator, this post remains vacant and will fall to the existing Officers for now. Thanks again were extended both to outgoing and incoming officers.  

Newly appointed Officers Jon Dumat, Jenni Brockway and Becky Lacey together with new Members Ricky Medcalf, Toni Fitzgerald and Lucy Wood were all welcomed to the Committee.

It is understood that all other existing Committee Members who were not in attendance at this meeting will been retained on the Committee until the AGM at which time the may renew their Membership or stand down, but it is hoped that we may continue to call upon your support for 2010. Many thanks.
