Due to the nature of my ‘work’ my hours are very flexible, but here’s a guide for you J

Emails/Admin:

Monday is my specified admin day but I do little bits around other daily commitments each day. I receive many and sometimes can’t answer straight away. If you have not heard from me within 48 hours or so, please can you send me a reminder and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Holiday dates can be found on the website, both on the diary page and often on the main home page. Generally you will receive an auto respond email letting you know I’m away and when I’ll be back and able to reply.

Workshops:    Tuesday – Sunday 10am – 4.30-5.30pm. 

I post proposed workshop dates on both my website and Facebook, but if these dates are not convenient or you would like either a 1-2-1 or own group workshop with me, I’m happy to arrange these. I work around my family and so am not available to work every weekend of the month - please check my diary page for proposed and *available dates (*I’ll list these as workshop tba) J

Classes:  Tuesday – Friday 9.30am – 12.30pm; 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Half day classes can be arranged to suit your needs, either in a 1-2-1 or own group setting, either here at SOLANA or at your own venue. If you are interested in attending a number of half day classes listed on my website, we can arrange them into full day workshops if this is more convenient for you.

Group meetings:  Monday/Wednesday - 7.30pm – 10pm approx.

Monday:                        2^nd of the month - Reiki Share

3^rd of the month - Opening to Channel

4^th of the month - Meditation for Beginners

Wednesday:                  1^st of the month - Reiki Share

3^rd of the month - Meditation group

4^th of the month - Channelling Archangels

These are subject to change around Bank and family holidays.

Personal appointments for healing, guidance and attunements:

Tuesday – Friday 9.30am – 12.30pm; 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Weekends by appointment, subject to workshop or family dates.

Distance Attunements:

Monday - Friday from 9am – 12noon; 1pm – 4pm; 8pm – 10pm

Saturday and Sunday – 9am – 12noon; 6pm – 10pm

Attunements can be received at a mutually convenient appointed time and day during the hours stated above. Alternatively, they can be received via ‘call-in’ (Chi Ball) method.

Attunement Packages and attunements to systems which have more than one attunement will require an agreed attunement schedule, leaving a suitable gap between each attunement to allow you to experience and practice with the energies received and for any cleansing process to run its course before progressing. I am often guided to the suitable timings on these for you, but am equally open to you following your own guidance as long as it is brought through your higher self rather than the often more impatient lower self ;-)

Distance Healing:   Sunday 8pm GMT (9pm BST). Monday – Sunday by appointment

I send distance healing to all on my healing list every Sunday. All present and past students, existing and previous clients, family, friends and loved ones are on my healing list, as well as those who have specifically requested either themselves or another to be included. If you would like to be included on my weekly distance healing list, please contact me. I am also able to send distance healing by specific appointment each day Monday – Sunday within the times outlined under distance attunements.
