Traditional Usui Reiki Practitioner Training
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a gentle and yet powerful energy healing technique that promotes self healing through relaxing 'Reiki Giving Hour' or Master Healing treatments, founded by Mikao Usui in Japan in 1922.
Learned over 4 levels within our Lineage, which we can trace directly back to Mikao Usui, you begin with the First Degree, incorporating the history of Reiki, an introduction to the Human Energy System, Attunements, the Five Reiki Principles, how to energetically cleanse, protect and ground your energy body and the hand positions used in Reiki. This Degree is an initial connection for your own self healing, cleansing and for you to develop confidence in use.
From here, you progress to the Second Degree, which is the Practitioner Degree and brings wider knowledge of the art of Reiki healing, teaches the 3 Reiki Symbols to use in your practice, methods for healing others including distance healing and Giving Hour Treatments. At this level we also introduce crystals, dowsing, colour and developing energetic/psychic awareness to our discussion and practice. Information rich, this is a two day practical course and does have some home case study homework to complete before certification....

Our Angelic Guides felt that accessibility to crystals and their natural healing gifts was being limited by overly complicated programmes of learning and brought through the Angelic Crystals Healing System, as a simplified method of cleansing, programming and using physical crystals, incorporate Ethereal Crystal Energies and bring their loving guidance through angel cards as intuited.
It has proven to be a powerful energy healing system bringing a wonderful technique for scanning and gathering angelically guided information relating to your energy body and needs at any one time. It is beautiful, effective and simple both in use and to learn. I have been working with Angels and Archangels since 2004 and have been an Ethereal Crystals Master Teacher since 2005. Bringing together these two energetic gifts within the Angelic Crystals Healing System, you too will also receive 4 separate attunements to connect you to a beautiful selection of ethereal crystal energies. In this way, you do not have to have a huge physical crystals collection, unless you wish to, as you will have the energetic frequency of many crystals placed within your energy body, which can be placed within and around the body for either healing, protection or information.
Angel Cards are used alongside the crystals at each chakra portal, in order to bring further insight, light and love to the healing being received. These create a comprehensive and detailed energy healing report that I recommend is sent as a pdf document which can be reviewed and revisited as needed. An examples are included in your workbook.

This powerful energy healing system was gifted to me by the Archangels to use and teach in order for it to be shared widely. In this Usui Reiki Master Degree you will receive one final attunement to the Master Symbol which empowers you with advanced healing energies and will further advance your own personal and spiritual development. It does not cover the teaching of attunement ceremonies. You will:
* Need to have completed Usui Reiki First and Second Degree
* Be re-attuned to your present Reiki energies and symbols
* Receive a further attunement ceremony to channel the Master Symbol
* Learn Japanese Reiki initiation and empowerment ceremonies
* Learn how to give powerful Master Healing Attunements
*Any additional individual learning needs will be met
*Receive a Usui Reiki Master Certificate at the end of our day
This is a one day course, but if you feel it would be more beneficial, I can arrange to spread the course over 2 days to allow for more practical experience and direct teaching support. You will be issued with a certificate at the end of the second day.
One Day Course
This teachers Degree will enable you to pass on the Usui Reiki attunements and teachings to others. You will:
* Need to have taken First, Second and Third Degree
* Be re-attuned to your current levels and symbols
* Receive a further attunement ceremony to channel the Reiki Master/Teacher energies
* Learn to conduct the Usui Reiki Attunement Ceremonies.
* Be advised on lesson planning and structure, teaching aims and objectives.
* Any additional individual learning needs will be met
* Receive a Reiki Teacher Certificate at the end of our day
This can be a one day, in person course, but if you feel it would be more beneficial, I can arrange to spread the course over 2 days to allow for more practical experience and direct teaching support.
Two Day Course
I also offer a combined Usui Reiki Master/Teacher course for those of you who, like me, simply know that you should share this wonderful healing art with your clients as well as your family or friends. Reiki is a personal journey and for some, it may be more appropriate to learn these two stages separately and for others it is equally appropriate for them to be learned together.
The course content is the same as when taken individually and will be tailored to your individual teaching needs.
If you have previously been attuned by another Reiki Master, we will arrange a pre course meeting where we can go through your current level of experience and manual content, so that we don't tread on old ground, I don't try to teach granny to suck eggs! and to ensure that you get the best out of our time together.
I have set this course schedule over 2 days, but if you would prefer more time for practice, discussion and to gain experience in hosting workshops, through mentorship for example, I am more than willing to accommodate this which again can be discussed during our pre course meeting.

This is a two day in person course, with ongoing support via email or telephone. Further in person meetings can be arranged if and as appropriate/required and you will be issued with a Certificate on completion of your First Degree element (first day) and will be issued with a Practitioner certificate after completion of your Evidence in Practice.
One Day Course
In this Usui Reiki Master Degree you will receive one final attunement to the Master Symbol which empowers you with advanced healing energies and will further advance your own personal and spiritual development. It does not cover the teaching of attunement ceremonies. You will:
* Need to have completed Usui Reiki First and Second Degree
* Be re-attuned to your present Reiki energies and symbols
* Receive a further attunement ceremony to channel the Master Symbol
* Learn Japanese Reiki initiation and empowerment ceremonies
* Learn how to give powerful Master Healing Attunements
*Any additional individual learning needs will be met
*Receive a Usui Reiki Master Certificate at the end of our day
This is a one day course, but if you feel it would be more beneficial, I can arrange to spread the course over 2 days to allow for more practical experience and direct teaching support. You will be issued with a certificate at the end of the second day.
One Day Course
This teachers Degree will enable you to pass on the Usui Reiki attunements and teachings to others. You will:
* Need to have taken First, Second and Third Degree
* Be re-attuned to your current levels and symbols
* Receive a further attunement ceremony to channel the Reiki Master/Teacher energies
* Learn to conduct the Usui Reiki Attunement Ceremonies.
* Be advised on lesson planning and structure, teaching aims and objectives.

* Receive a Reiki Teacher Certificate at the end of our day
This can be a one day, in person course, but if you feel it would be more beneficial, I can arrange to spread the course over 2 days to allow for more practical experience and direct teaching support.
Two Day Course
I also offer a combined Usui Reiki Master/Teacher course for those of you who, like me, simply know that you should share this wonderful healing art with your clients as well as your family or friends. Reiki is a personal journey and for some, it may be more appropriate to learn these two stages separately and for others it is equally appropriate for them to be learned together.
The course content is the same as when taken individually and will be tailored to your individual teaching needs.
If you have previously been attuned by another Reiki Master, we will arrange a pre course meeting where we can go through your current level of experience and manual content, so that we don't tread on old ground, I don't try to teach granny to suck eggs! and to ensure that you get the best out of our time together.
I have set this course schedule over 2 days, but if you would prefer more time for practice, discussion and to gain experience in hosting workshops, through mentorship for example, I am more than willing to accommodate this which again can be discussed during our pre course meeting.

About SOLANA
Hi, my name is Bev Lewis - I am a wife, a mum to four amazing sons and doting Nana to my amazing grandchildren! As the years advance, I have also become one of the elders in my fabulous extended family - a family blessed with several natural healers and spiritually aware souls. Aware since childhood of energy, spirit and knowledge that didn't match mainstream teachings of the time, much of part of me was buried under fear, doubt and insecurity, until a traumatic early Millennium year of loss, challenge and change brought me to Usui Reiki and a treatment that changed my life, re-opened my spiritual awareness and provided the catalyst for all the wonder and joy that my spiritual journey has provided ever since!
As my journey into energy healing, self development and the desire to teach all that I learned and found beneficial continued at a rapid pace, I founded SOLANA Holistic Health & Spiritual Wellbeing, The name SOLANA originates from the name of the Spanish home of my in laws; a home and area of the world that quickly became my own little piece of heaven on earth, a place of peace, tranquility and love, warmth, sunshine and relaxation. In using this name for my website and work, my hope and belief is that these wonderful vibrations will be present in all that I bring to you.
As my own Soul Journey continues and my role as spiritual mentor, teacher and soul coach develops, SOLANA is evolving too, as a portal to higher frequency and vibrational energies; to Archangels, Ascended Masters and the balancing of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies coming to assist in our growth and development at this time; and ultimately into a modality, a system of energy work in itself. This is innovative work and much is being directly channeled as we move forward, so please keep revisiting as we develop and grow together.
